Terms of Use

1. The scanning, copying and printing service is intended to allow the academic community to scan, print and copy documents, within the physical and technical limitations of the equipment and the management solution.

2. The service is available at the different hubs of the central services and publicly accessible at different locations on the campuses.

3. Each user has access to the system through their Técnico identification card (RFID) or alternative login (primary pin).

4. The user is responsible for the correct use of the equipment, with any liability arising from misuse and/or damage caused to the system.

5. In case of difficulty in using or paper jam, contact Teresa Reis (telephone contact).

6. Each user can only release their own prints/copies.

7. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that they do not lose or share their card or access data.
